Shipping & Handling

At Powermallstore.com, we strive for excellence in quality and customer service. Orders placed before 5pm will be processed for shipping the following business day. Please note that in the event of an item back-order, your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

All packages (with the exception of membership packages) are shipped via FedEx Ground Service or the USPS. If available, Fedex tracking numbers will be forwarded to your account email address. The Powermall warehouse is located in Southern California so please base all shipping times off of this location. Ground shipments to the East coast may average 5 days.

**Special Notes On NMRA, NMCA, & NMCA WEST Memberships**
Membership may take between 4 and 6 weeks to be delivered from the time they are ordered and are shipped via USPS. If you have not received your membership or have questions please email us at memberservices@promediapub.com.
