Shipping & Handling

At Powermallstore we strive for excellence, our warehouse manager has vowed that all orders placed by 5pm will be processed and shipped out the following day. Unless of course he needs to take a nap, or forgets, or the Arizona Cardinals are playing, but don’t worry that almost never happens.

All packages with the exception of memberships are shipped FedEx Ground or USPS Priority, which means that they are traceable and insured. The Powermall warehouse is located in Southern California so base all ship times off of that location, east coast ground shipments will average 5 days.

**Special Notes On NMRA and NMCA Memberships**
Membership take between 4 and 6 weeks to be delivered from the time they are ordered. These are shipped USPS. If you have not received your membership or have questions please email us at memberservices@promediapub.com.
